One is a workshop we run for your team. The other puts your team on a real comedy club stage performing material they wrote themselves. Plenty of companies do the first one, like it, and come back for the second.
A run of improv exercises chosen to move a room from polite to genuinely connected, with each one mapped to a skill that follows them back to work.

A second Cool Beans Comedy instructor will co-lead this workshop so both groups of 45 are fully supported.
Workshops are priced on group size and length, and the number covers instructors, curriculum built around your goals, all materials, setup, and travel. Showcases are quoted per event. Any venue or catering is passed through at cost, with no markup from us.
None at all, and most have none. Nobody performs alone in the workshop, nobody is dragged up in front of the room, and every exercise is built so a brand new hire and a twenty-year veteran get the same amount out of it. The people who tell me beforehand that they are not funny are reliably the ones who end up running the room.
Small teams up to large ones, and the design changes with the size. On a bigger group we bring a second instructor and run parallel groups so people are participating rather than watching from the back. Tell me your headcount and I will tell you the shape that works.
Yes, and that is a deliberate design constraint, not a promise we make and hope. The material is HR-conscious and stays consistent with your brand. If there are topics you want off the table, tell me up front and they are off the table.
Either at your office or at the Ice House in Pasadena, the oldest comedy club in the country, where we teach and produce. On-site is simpler and cheaper. The club is the one people still talk about. Showcases are almost always at the club, because the stage is the point.
Your team writes their own material with coaching from us over several sessions, then performs it at a private show. You are not watching comedians. You are watching your coworkers, which is exactly why it lands. Venue, food, and drink are quoted separately and passed through at cost.
Tell me your group size, a rough window, and what you are hoping people walk away with. I will send real numbers the same day. A deposit holds the date and the instructors once you pick one.
